Night + weekend work

The work happens after closing.

Crews operate when your lease allows, then leave your space ready for customers before doors open.

Commercial construction work

Scope

Keep the doors open. Put the work on the night shift.

For stores that cannot close, we build the work plan around your trading hours. Hector Lomeli, our superintendent with OSHA 30, is your one contact every night, and Saturday and Sunday jobs run with the same protection and reset.

A typical night

The work follows the clock.

Hector runs the site from the first dust wall to the final photo. Saturday and Sunday jobs follow the same controlled sequence.

  1. Crew arrives and puts up dust walls with filtered air.

  2. Tear-out, saw cutting, and core drilling, only in the hours the lease allows.

  3. Quiet finish work takes over once the loud work window closes.

  4. The reset: floors swept, aisles open, every exit clear, tools locked away, nothing a customer could trip on.

  5. Hector sends you a photo update before your doors open.
