A cafe with an opening date already on the calendar.
This 1,600 square foot Marana cafe needed the customer-facing space and the back-of-house work resolved together. The scope paired a new aluminum and glass storefront with the order counter, seating area, kitchen wall protection, and entry doors.
The owner had already announced the opening date. The work plan was built around that commitment, with each trade sequence coordinated to keep the final inspections and finish work on track through week nine.
How the schedule held
The calendar drove every handoff.
The cafe opened on the date the owner had announced. We kept the storefront, counter, plumbing rough-in, and finish work sequenced so one late handoff would not push the next one.
