A gray shell turned into a finished dental office in 11 weeks.
The space and the business
A new dental office, built from the shell.
The dentist brought architect’s drawings for a 2,400 square foot gray-shell suite in Oro Valley. The finished plan needed four operatories, a sterilization room, a front desk and waiting room, plus a private office.
We built to the 11-week move-in schedule, coordinating the plumbing and electrical work through licensed trade partners while keeping the owner informed as the space took shape.
How the schedule held
The owner saw progress before the next decision.
Adriana sent progress photos every Friday, so the dentist could track the work without guessing what had changed on site. That steady communication kept finishes, equipment planning, and the opening plan moving together.
