A Sahuarita property manager needed six vacant office suites ready for the next tenants. Each suite began with tear-out and needed a clear, repeatable make-ready scope before it could be handed back.
The full portfolio of turns was completed in five weeks, with a fixed turn time and one invoice per suite. Work was planned so neighboring tenants could stay open throughout the activity.
How the schedule held

Each suite followed the same practical sequence: strip back what was left, refresh the finishes, and return a clean space ready for leasing. The manager had a defined timeline for every door and straightforward billing to match.
