Speedway Salon Rebuild

A six-week salon rebuild phased around the two days the business was closed.

The space and the business

A salon rebuild that worked around the appointment book.

A salon on Speedway Boulevard needed new styling stations, a rebuilt shampoo area, flooring, and lighting. The work had to respect the business rhythm, because the salon was only closed Sundays and Mondays.

Across six weeks, the work was phased into those two closed days. Every Tuesday, the salon reopened ready for clients instead of carrying an unfinished work zone into the week.

How the schedule held

The work stopped before the clients arrived.

Crews set up, protected the work area, and reset the salon in time for the next service week. That schedule let the owner improve the space without giving up the appointments that keep the business running.
