Tucson Hardware Store Entry
A full entry rebuild completed over four nights, without closing the store for an hour.
The space and the business
The front door had to work every morning.
A Tucson hardware store needed its whole front entry rebuilt, but closing the store was not an option. The complete storefront swap had to happen in four overnight shifts, from 9:00pm to 5:00am.
The entry was rebuilt behind a controlled temporary condition. Every morning, the temporary door worked, the path was swept, and the owner received a photo before opening.
How the schedule held
Night work that resets before customers arrive.
We scheduled the disruptive work after hours, protected the entry, and left every morning with a clear, working way in. The store kept trading throughout the rebuild, without closing for a single hour.
